Contact.User [= String]
The property syntax has these parts:

Remarks
If the RTML happens to create a new ACP Scheduler User, this name will be used as the Name of the new Scheduler User. In addition, if the RTML request happens to create a new ACP Scheduler Project, this name will be used as the new Project's ContactName.
