The declination of the target object (degrees, FITS keywords DEC and OBJCTDEC)

Syntax

Plate.TargetDeclination [= Double]

The property syntax has these parts:

Value (Double)	The declination of the target object (degrees, FITS keywords DEC and OBJCTDEC)

Remarks

This corresponds to the DEC and OBJCTDEC keywords in the header of the attached FITS image. Note that, according to general convention, this is stored as a sexagesimal FITS string rather than a FITS floating point number.
