Remarks
The AOSwapMotorAxes affects the "Swap Axes" setting on the "Drive" page of the AO control window. Set it to TRUE to check the option and indicate that the mirror and camera axes are swapped (i.e. the X camera axis corresponds to the Y mirror axis). Set it to FALSE to indicate otherwise.
